IPF Custom Fabricates Corrosion Resistant Ductwork, Fume collection hoods, and exhaust stacks. They include all essential dampers, plenums, drain outlets, vibration sleeves etc., for effective operation and performance of the system. We can manufacture Ducting Systems in the following Material configurations:

  • PVC / CPVC
  • FRP / Fiberglass
  • Polypropylene
  • Dual Laminate construction (Plastic interior lining for maximum corrosion protection, with a structural outer FRP/Fiberglass layer)

We Specialize in manufacturing highly customized Duct pieces to make the installation as easy as possible. These include pieces such as transitions, custom flanged connections, complex routings and prefabricated interconnecting duct.

All ductwork is fabricated using either custom contact molded method (hand lay-up) or filament winding method in accordance with CGSB 41-GP-22, SMACNA, ASTM D3982 and ASTM D3299 Standards. If necessary as per the project specifications, all of our duct will meet Class 1 ASTM E-84 Flame and Smoke requirements.

Aboveground Ductwork


All Aboveground Ductwork can be built in both (Single Walled) and (Double Walled with Insulation) styles. R-Value and Insulation thickness can be customized to suit the intended application.

We can manufacture both Rectangular and Cylindrical Styles of Duct, in both Flanged and non-flanged connections. FRP field connection kits will be supplied with the ductwork for non-flanged duct connections.

Underground Ductwork


All Underground ductwork is custom engineered for each application. The Buried depth, External pressures, and internal pressures are all taken into consideration when determining the duct material thickness as well as any external reinforcing rib requirements.

All Underground Ductwork can be built in both (Single Walled) and (Double Walled with Insulation) styles. R-Value and Insulation thickness can be customized to suit the intended application.
